Each uniform tells a story. Talks about the one who wear it: his or her rank, reached titles or qualifications, skills you should be aware of. Uniform’s importance is beyond the look. That’s why everyone should respect it.
Each Light Saber Combat practitioner has a Uniform identifying his/her Rank, Qualification or Title. The academy uniform (CombatSuit) comprises the following garments:
- CombatTee and TrainingTee
LudoSport International Uniforms and Accessories are Made in Italy products with copyright protected design. Each garment is conceived for an intensive sporting use, tested and developed according to SLM standards.
An Apprentice wears CombatPants and white CombatTee, with no belt.
A Youngling’s official uniform comprises CombatPants and black CombatTee, with no belt. Female Younglings can wear the white CombatTee if they wish to.
A Padawan adds the official belt to the Youngling’s outfit.
The official belt has been designed with the SLM Founder Masters to represent the meeting point of western and eastern culture. You can recognize the typical “knot” of european medieval belts, while the essentiality of a belt without prong represents the oriental taste for minimal.
The official uniform for a Jedi | Sith foresees the alternative of: – CombatPants and Jedi Tunic, with official belt; – CombatPants Jedi Tunic worn over an official subtunic in the colours available, with official belt; – CombatPants and official SubTunic in colours available, with official belt.
Jedi | Sith Knights have the same alternatives of Jedi | Sith, but with a Tunic with a longer “flag” (the mobile element attached to the Tunic with horizontal stitching just below the lower abdomen). School Masters (Jedi | Sith Masters) have an even longer “flag”.
Instructors from level 1 to 3 have a Tunic the same shape and length as a Jedi Tunic, with a strip of brown leather on the right side of the “flag”.
Instructors from level 4 to 6 wear a Tunic the same shape and length as a Knight Tunic, with a strip of brown leather on the right side of the “flag”.
Academy Masters (Instructors level 7) have a Tunic the same shape and length as a Master Tunic, with a strip of brown leather on the right side of the “flag”.
Style Masters have a Tunic the same shape and length as a Master Tunic, with a strip of wisteria coloured fabric on the right side of the “flag”.
Subtunics are available in four colours, not related to ranks, side or whatever.
Pupils can wear Training Tees during classes, in the available colours. The selected ones who access Master Courses can wear a wisteria Tee.
